1. Before the machine works, check whether the moving part is filled with lubricating oil, then start and check whether the clutch and brake are normal, and air rotate the machine tool for 1-3 minutes. It is forbidden to operate in case of mechanical failure.
2. Keep the correct posture at work, and have enough mental coping with the work. If you find out that you are not fit, you should leave the job immediately and report to the leader. During operation, it is necessary to concentrate on the operation, and it is strictly forbidden to talk about and cooperate with each other. The operator shall not operate in a state of irritability and fatigue to avoid accidents and ensure the safety of operation. All employees shall check whether their clothes meet the work requirements before entering the work position. Slippers, high heels and clothing that affect safety are not allowed. Those with long hair should wear safety helmets.
3. When changing the mold, the power supply shall be turned off first, and the die can be installed and debugged after the punch movement department stops running. After installation and adjustment, move flywheel twice by hand to test and punch, check whether upper and lower die are symmetrical and reasonable, whether screws are firm and whether the edge pressing ring is in a reasonable position.
4. It is necessary to wait for other personnel to leave the mechanical work area and take away the sundries on the workbench before starting the power supply and starting the machine.
5. When working mechanically, it is forbidden to extend the hand into the sliding block working area, and it is forbidden to take and place the workpiece by hand. When taking and placing the workpiece in the die, it is necessary to use the tools that meet the standards. If abnormal sound or machine failure is found, turn off the power switch immediately for inspection. After the machine is started, one person shall transport materials and operate it mechanically. Other people shall not press the electric construction or foot pedal switch board, or put the hand into the mechanical working area or touch the moving part of the machine by hand.
6. When off work, the idle power supply shall be turned off and finished products, leftovers and sundries on the post shall be sorted out to ensure the working environment is clean and safe.
